ecocling™ is a specially formulated acrylic coating that is placed on a thin layer of EarthFirst® PLA base film then die cut into pressure sensitive labels. Polylactic Acid polymer (PLA) is manufactured by NatureWorks under the product name Ingeo™. Derived from annually renewable resources such as plants, makes EarthFirst® an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastic.

Our totally new and eco-friendly material is ideal for use as a CD or DVD disc holder, which protects the data side of the disc and provides a “clean” release without leaving a residue. ecocling™ has been age tested and shows promising results with stability, consistency, and peal strength performance making it ideal for use in direct mail, marketing collateral, software kits, and other promotional formats. ecocling™ also has a number of practical consumer packaging applications, including photo albums, plastic gift cards, and closures.
